Le « trollage »3 présume des provocations intentionnelles dans le but de nuire ou de se faire remarquer par les membres de la communauté.

Nous pouvons le comprendre également dans le sens de la pêche, trôler à la cuiller. Pêcher au hasard avec une cuiller pour attirer et prendre des poissons.
