Ce cadran a 4 divisions, chacun divisé en 10 degrés, sachant que 0 pour le cadran biocide est le plus nocif et 10 pour le biogène est le plus bénéfique.
– Biocide : ce qui détruit la vie. On y trouvera les alcools forts (sauf exception et selon quantité), Des viandes, … laitages selon les personnes
– Biostatique : entretient la vie, sans plus. On peut y trouver également des viandes, laitages, pains, …. On en en besoin, mais génère des déchets.
– Bioactif : apporte un plus de santé. On y trouvera des légumes, fruits, crudités, …
– Biogène : répare la vie. On y trouvera les graines germées, le pollen.
