En violant le droit international et en repoussant les efforts pour surmonter les problèmes mondiaux urgents, les libéraux ont vanté « l'ordre international fondé sur des règles ». Malgré la rhétorique, la Maison des Glaces montre que Trudeau a largement poursuivi la politique étrangère de Harper.
